
Complaints Procedure
At Chiropractie Aalst-Waalre, we are committed to patient-centred care. We believe everyone benefits when care is provided as professionally and carefully as possible. All our chiropractors adhere to the professional code of conduct as established by the Dutch Chiropractic Association (NCA) and the Stichting Chiropractie Nederland (SCN).
If you are not satisfied with the care you received, we kindly ask you to share your concerns with us. You may speak directly with your chiropractor, or report your complaint by phone or email. The treating chiropractor will be informed and will personally follow up with you. Together, we will work toward a solution that is acceptable for all parties involved.
If no satisfactory resolution can be reached despite repeated contact, you may submit a formal complaint to the NCA (Nederlandse Chiropractoren Associatie), the national professional association. Your complaint will then be processed according to their official procedures.
